Electronic Delivery of Communications and Use of Electronic Signatures

Your agreement to this E-sign Consent confirms your ability and consent to receive “Communications” electronically from Kiavi Funding, Inc., our subsidiaries, affiliates, and third party service providers, rather than in paper form, and to the use of electronic signatures in our relationship with you (“Consent”). If you choose not to agree to this Consent you may be restricted from using Kiavi’s website and online services. Communications, as defined here, include but is not limited to, each disclosure, notice, agreement, fee schedule, statement, record, document, and other information we provide to you, or that you sign or submit or agree to at our request.

System Requirements

To receive disclosures electronically, you need access to an Internet browser, such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, and a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat, since disclosures may be in PDF format. You will also need access to a printer or the ability to download information in order to keep copies for your records.

Change of Designated Email Address

You must promptly notify us of any change in your email or other electronic address. You may change your email address by updating your contact information on your online dashboard or by contacting us toll-free at 844-415-4663.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by writing us at: Kiavi, 2 Allegheny Center, Nova Tower 2, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 Attn: Compliance. However, withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications may result in termination of your access to our online services and ability to use our dashboard.
